Yes, on ice cream. We'll wait.

Berries & Habanero is jam that got ideas - deep, sweet, properly fruity, with the mildest lick of habanero sitting right at the back. Apricot & Habanero is the sharper one: sweet-sour, sticky, a medium heat that turns up after the sweetness and sends you back for another spoonful to work out what just happened.

Warm vanilla ice cream, one spoonful of each. The cold blunts the heat, the heat wakes up the fruit, and it tastes like something a restaurant would charge you $24 for and then describe at length.

These are our two dessert-leaning sauces, which makes this the pack that converts sceptics. Chilli on dessert sounds like a dare right up until you've had it - after that it's just how you have ice cream.

Try them on: vanilla ice cream, cheese boards, brie on toast, pavlova, pancakes, thick yoghurt, sharp cheddar, and a gin and tonic if you're feeling brave.

Mild and medium - the gentlest pack we make. Which is a strange sentence to write about putting hot sauce on dessert.

WHAT MAKES THIS SAUCEY
  • BERRIES & HABANERO

Deep, sweet, and a little bit magic. Blueberries and blackberries with warming spices and habanero heat. Smells like mulled wine, tastes like the best part of winter.

  • ON ICECREAM?

On ice cream, those warming spices hit like a boozy Christmas dessert - sweet berries meet vanilla, heat cuts through the cold, and suddenly you're eating something that feels fancy but took zero effort.

  • APRICOT & HABANERO

Sunny, bold, and a little bit dangerous. Sweet-and-sour if it actually tasted like fruit and had a backbone. Apricot and peach lead, orange and lime add brightness, habanero keeps things honest.

  • ON ICECREAM?

On ice cream, the stone fruit sweetness pairs naturally with vanilla, while the citrus and heat wake everything up - like a grown-up version of those orange and vanilla ice creams from childhood, except way better.
