Refund policy

We're a small business and as such, do ask that you consider before asking for a return or refund. The Tasty Stuff offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will accept returns from our customers for warranted dissatisfaction. (Customers will be subject to return fees and shipping costs). While we have 100% confidence that you will love our products, it is not unusual for a few to feel differently.

If you are dissatisfied with our product due to quality concerns, please email us at info@thetastystuff.com citing your reason, order details (order number and date of purchase). Please include a photo of the best before date and batch number (can be found on the bottle) in the email. 

We will review your reason and advise corrective action with what to do with your product. We aim to provide you with a solution as quickly as possible. However, due to our business size, please take note that we might take up to 30 days to respond to your enquiry.
