Yes, our sauces are 100% plant-based.

Please check our ingredients list in the product page or on the bottles label to check whether you’re allergic to any of the ingredients. We’ve made sure that it includes everything that goes into our sauces. 

If you're allergic to gluten or nuts, please note that while our sauces do not contain these ingredients, they are made in a facility that occasionally processes them.

Absolutely not. We’re 100% natural.

To things 100% natural, we don't use any thickening agents in our sauces. You may notice some separation in the bottle if left standing for awhile. If so, just SHAKE WELL and you're good to go.

We aim to do same day dispatch if you order before 12PM AEST on business days. Next day dispatch for orders after 12PM AEST. Holidays hours might differ.

You'll receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information when your order is posted out.

You'll be able to see the exact shipping cost calculated by Sendle (our shipping partner) at the check-out page.

Shipping cost is around $5-10, depending on your location. We ship from Melbourne, Victoria.

Sendle says to expect your order anytime between 3-5 business days after you order.

We will do everything we can to help, including offering replacements or refunds. 

As we're a small business, we do ask for your understanding. While we did sign up to make hot sauces at the start, we're now also the accountant, logistic assistant, graphic designer and social media manager. We may not always be able to answer your query immediately, but we do aim to reply within 24-48 hours. 

Yes, we pledge our monthly donation to The Dhadjowa Foundation who supports families affected by a Black death in custody. The donations go towards funeral expenses, accommodation for families during court proceedings and more.
